Q: How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipments usually arrive in 3–7 business days. International shipping varies from 10–25 business days depending on customs clearance and destination regulations.
Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships. You can also log in to your Peachora account to track orders in real-time.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at service@peachora.store. Once an order has shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we provide priority and express shipping options at checkout for domestic orders. International express options may also be available depending on the destination.
Payments & Returns
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Peachora gift cards. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption.
Q: How do I return an item?
Follow our Return Policy. Returns are straightforward and processed within 5–7 business days after items are received.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes. Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability.

Q: Can I apply for wholesale?
Yes! Complete our Wholesale Program Form. Applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. International businesses are welcome, with import duties the responsibility of the buyer.

Absolutely. Our design team collaborates to create exclusive faux floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, interior styling, or special gifts. Contact us with your requirements.
Q: How do I request a corporate gift arrangement?
