1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products should be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging. For faux flowers, ensure that petals, stems, and embellishments are intact. For rattan baskets, include any protective wrapping or tags.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. This includes items with personalized arrangements, bespoke colors, or unique vase designs.

  • Gift card purchases are non-returnable.

Examples of eligible returns:

  • A faux peony arrangement that does not match your décor style.

  • A rattan storage basket that arrived with minor cosmetic imperfections.

Examples of non-eligible returns:

  • Custom floral bouquets created to order.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.


2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at service@peachora.store or call +774 220 5595 with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once approved, we will send a return authorization and shipping instructions. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Approval: After receiving your return, we inspect the product to ensure it meets our return requirements.

  5. Refund or Exchange: Once approved, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • If your refund is approved, you will receive an email confirmation detailing the refund amount.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value, subject to availability.

  • If the replacement item costs more, the difference must be paid at checkout.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take special care to ensure each arrangement and basket arrives in perfect condition.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Photos of the product from multiple angles.

    • Photos of the packaging.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

  • Damaged items will not need to be returned in some cases; Peachora will advise accordingly.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard return shipping is paid by the customer, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  • Use insured and trackable shipping services to ensure the package arrives safely. Peachora is not responsible for lost packages during return shipping.

  • For damaged international items, Peachora will cover the return shipping for replacements when possible.
